customers with pre-approved credit, CGW extends 30 days terms.

Our plant located in Cicero, Illinois 60804.
Shipping
Most
parts can be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). Parts too
large for UPS will be shipped by truck. Please notify us if
you prefer another method.
Returns
Please
call our Customer Service Dept. to receive a Return Authorization
number prior to shipping. CGW guarantees its gears against manufacturing
defects. We will rework or replace parts or make an adjustment
to your invoice after reviewing the parts.

Warranty
CHICAGO
GEAR WORKS, the company, warrants that its products, manufactured
or sold, shall be free from defects in material and workmanship.
Any products within 60 days of delivery that are proved to the
company's satisfaction to have been defective at the time of
manufacture will be replaced or repaired by the company at its
option. The company's liability is limited to such replacement
or repair, and the company shall not be held liable in any form
of action.

Custom
(Made-to-order) Items and Overruns:
In
manufacturing it is common and necessary to manufacture extra
parts to insure that the amount requested by the customer is
met. Custom (Made-to-order) items are subject to a plus or minus
5% quantity variance and may be shipped and invoiced without
prior notice.
Cutting
Blanks
We
will cheerfully furnish estimates for cutting your blanks upon
receipt of your prints, quantity requested, and pertinent information. |
